KEYS TO CREATE A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS BLOG

Mostly a number of employers are hesitant to create a business blog for various reasons, one of them is that they afraid one day they will feel tired and lose followers after working hard to get it. There is also a fear that they should provide a lot of time to blog. If you include any one of them, take a reasoned and start a blog! The following are the nine key to making a successful business blog:

1. Do Conversation
Blog purpose is to conduct informal communication to convey information so that readers can know more about you, your product, and all the things offered by your business. By engaging prospective customers in the conversation, you give them the opportunity to learn to trust you, which will increase their chances for buying your product or service. You do not have to be good or clever, just be honest and open.

2. Know Who Your Readers
What kind of conversation that appeal to your readers? You need to have this information, even before you write your first post. It's hard to have a conversation with someone you do not know at all, so readers know who you are and what attracts their attention.

3. Update your blog regularly
People will stop visiting your blog if you stop to update it. Even if you start again after stopping, they probably already not following you anymore. So update your blog content on a regular basis-at least once a week, and give a comment on another blog as often as well. Certainly better if you can update your blog every day.

4. Make They Know Who You Are
People are more willing to share information about themselves if they know who you are, so make the page "About Me" in your blog. You do not need to tell the whole story of your life, quite a bit of personal background and summary of your professional experience.

5. Use Your Own Voice
Use a conversational style most natural to you. If you are a naturally sarcastic (like mocking) and intelligent, expressing little trait in your writing. Do not force humor if it's not natural for you. Readers want to be what it is, and that means being yourself in your writing.

6. Involve Other Bloggers
Read other blogs and comment on it. This is a good way to follow what is happening in your industry and read the latest writings.

7. Others do not trouble
Even if your blog needs to have a conversational style, but should also look professional. All your posts should be professional and all feedback should also be professional. Remember that you not only speak on behalf of myself, but also on behalf of the company.

8. Good writing
You are not currently running for the Nobel Prize in Literature, but your writing should still be able to represent your company well in the blogosphere. Use proper grammar and check your spelling before you publish it. Your prospect will not respond to your writing seriously if they think you are unable to communicate in writing.

9. Follow Your Interests
Do not force yourself to write things that do not interest you. Of course sometimes you have to stretch yourself by writing about the industry trends that may not be so attractive to you, but try to keep writing topics that can burn your spirit. You need to learn ways to convince others that they are interested in your industry, your company and your products, and the best way to do this is to write with passion and integrity.
