from that website. However, when you open a website, beside the information you
seek, there were also open banners, widgets, headers, footers, and knick knacks
from the website that you might need less. Well, RSS reader is a solution of
this problem. RSS is a simple version of a website that displays only the
content of the website. no banners, no widgets, no header or footer of the

feed is a data format used for serving content that is

to subscribe. Making a collection of web feeds available in one place is known
as aggregation, which is performed by an aggregator (also called a feed reader
or news reader).
Meaning, feed is a service provided by the blog or website.
the point is to collect RSS or simple version of a blog or website that is
available, and then distribute it to those who subscribe to the feed. You can subscribe
or register the address of the feed into your RSS reader, then when the post
new content, the feed will be sent to your RSS reader.

RSS reader is an application used to read RSS from
subscribed site. Like i mentioned before, in able to read RSS, you should enter
the website address of the feed and RSS will take the RSS feed of the website.
Each time the web is updated, the RSS version will be provided by the feed, and
will be taken by your RSS reader.
There are two types of RSS : desktop based and web based.
This form type of desktop based applications. such as MS Word or Browser. you
need to install it on your desktop. Whilst the web-based types, this form of website
or web application. you do not need to install it, just open your browser,
enter the address, and sign up. Respectively - each type has its own
advantages. desktop based, you can read it offline. Web based, you do not have
to bother to install the application. Your data is stored online, and you can
access with any computer.
